Now Hiring: Production Associates – 2nd Shift/ Starting Wage: $19/hr

Available Shifts:

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Overview

We are seeking dedicated Panel Production Associates to join our clients fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in factory or warehouse environments, a strong mechanical mindset, and the ability to thrive in an assembly-line setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assembling control panel components in an empty shell the panel box
  • Testing components to make sure the control panels function properly
  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including power tools
  • Assemble products according to specifications while meeting quality standards
  • Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting on tools and equipment
  • Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Use hand tools effectively for assembly tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge and assembly-line experience highly desirable
  • Skilled in safe and effective use of hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a must!
  • Experience working on control panels is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
