What You'll Do

As our Seasonal Sales Manager, you'll lead and supervise all front-of-house sales and service teams—including box office, ticket scanning, bar and concessions, retail, and group sales—ensuring an exceptional guest experience from entry to exit.

  • Oversee daily operations across all sales and guest service touchpoints: box office/will-call, ticket scanning and entry flow, bar and concessions, retail/merchandise, and group sales/VIP fulfillment

  • Supervise, train, and schedule seasonal team leads and frontline staff in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Manage cash handling, POS accuracy, and nightly financial reconciliation across all sales points

  • Monitor sales performance and drive revenue through upselling, guest engagement, and operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with Event and Operations Managers to ensure smooth nightly execution

  • Enforce compliance with alcohol service regulations, health/safety standards, and company policies

  • Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training of seasonal guest services staff

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest escalations, resolving issues quickly and professionally

 What You Bring
  • 3+ years in sales, guest services, or hospitality management—theme park, attractions, live events, or entertainment experience preferred

  • Proven ability to supervise staff across multiple guest-facing departments

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a seasonal/variable workforce

  • Excellent cash-handling and reconciliation skills; POS/ticketing system experience strongly preferred

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills; composed under pressure

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and all scheduled event dates throughout the season

  • Must be 21 years of age or older to oversee alcohol service functions

Compensation & Employment Details

Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Employment Type: Seasonal/Temporary
Expected Season Duration: Mid Sept – Mid-November 2026
Work Schedule: Evenings, weekends, and holidays required during operational season
