The Tennis Camp Counselor assists the Tennis Professionals to instruct and help kids improve their tennis playing abilities in a non- threatening and fun environment. Teach kids proper court etiquette and good sportsmanship throughout each session.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Change court caddies and empty trash bins.
  • Daily blowing and sweeping of the courts for a safe playing environment.
  • Wash courts as needed with water broom/pressure washer.
  • Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures.

Absolutely Required Skills:

  • Interpersonal skills. Must have good people skills and an outgoing personality. Must feel comfortable interacting with kids and adults.
  • Organizational skills. Must have organizational skills in order to successfully control and direct on and off court activities.
  • Must have some tennis teaching/playing experience or at least have had several years of consistent instruction themselves.
