Primary Purpose of Position
The Assistant Women's Coach is responsible for assisting in all aspects of developing and advancing a competitive Tennis
program in the CAA Conference. Includes, but not limited to: coaching and recruiting student-athletes; managing daily
administrative duties of the program; adhering to all rules and regulations of the university, NCAA, and CAA Conference. Assist
Head Tennis Coach in daily operations of the Women's Tennis Program.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit
The Intercollegiate Athletics Department is consistent with the mission of the University to provide an intellectual environment where students develop a sense of identification, belonging,
responsibility, and achievement that prepares them for leadership and service in regional, national and global communities. The Department of Athletics provides a comprehensive program of
intercollegiate competition as an integral part of the total educational experience for all students.
