Where You Will Work:
Aurora Medical Center - Burlington's emergency department provides comprehensive, 24/7 emergency care as a Level III Trauma Center, equipped to manage serious injuries and life-threatening conditions. The department is staffed by board-certified emergency physicians, ensuring rapid, expert evaluation and treatment. It is also Stroke Certified and offers Telestroke technology, allowing clinicians to consult in real time with stroke specialists at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee-supporting faster diagnosis and time-critical interventions
We're Looking For:
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.

What You'll Do:
  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
