Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill is hiring full-time and part-time Experienced Line Cooks to join our team. We?re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with great attitudes who take pride in their craft and enjoy working in a fun, team-oriented environment.

Located in the beautifully restored, historic Hotel Sisters, our restaurant is a must-visit destination for locals and tourists alike. We serve fresh, scratch-made American cuisine featuring quality steaks, grass-fed burgers sourced locally, and a variety of vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food to every guest

Cook and plate dishes with consistency, following our detailed plating guide

Restock and prep ingredients during slower periods

Complete and initial daily opening and closing checklists

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

Ensure all food is prepared with attention to detail and proper execution

What We?re Looking For

At least 1 year of line cook experience

Ability to accurately cook and temp steaks

Strong attention to detail, especially in food presentation

Positive attitude and ability to stay composed during busy shifts
