About the Role

• You'lltake a lead role in coordinating real estate deals, working with agents to orchestrate the details between clients, cooperating agents, lenders, closing companies, and other parties to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly from contract to close.

• With agent oversight,you'llmanage a high volume (process 30-50 deals per month on average during busy months) whilemaintainingquick response times, and proactive follow-up.

• Coordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers, and other vendors.

• Manage all paperwork related to the transaction. Draft addenda as needed, process disclosures and ensure our file is complete.

• You'llproactively support multiple agents, building relationships to understand their working style and take care of our clients at every step in the home-buying and selling experience.

• Minimize clients' stress by expertly guiding them through the closing process and promptly responding to their questions.

• Work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities while using your market knowledge and our custom-designed tools to inform clients about activities related to listing their home.

• Ensure all contractual deadlines are met; alert all parties when a deadline is atrisk, andproactively mitigate that risk when within your control tofacilitatean on-time closing.

• Drive agent and client satisfaction by providing support that meets our gold standard of service excellence.

About You

• One year of real estate contract experience, with strong contractual and disclosure knowledge and an understanding of the multi-faceted lifecycle (contingencies, settlement, lending) of closing a real estate transaction is preferred.

• One year of customer service experience isrequired.

• Excellent attention to detail,organizationaland interpersonal skills.

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication.

• Proficient in basic technologies (internet search, customer relationship tools) and the aptitude to learnnew technologies(Google suite, Redfin proprietary tools).

• Experience using email and phone to communicate with clients and other partiesrequired.

• Calm demeanor when resolving issues and communicating with agents and clients.

• Experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong senseof accountability forthe agentand client experience.

Monday-Friday, 8am - 5:00pm.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $22.80-$35.50. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
