General Description
The purpose of this position is to provide office administrative support for Counseling Services (CS), to assist with departmental events and programs, and help with the operation of the Campus Food Pantry.
Essential Job Duties
1) Provide friendly and helpful customer service by welcoming and assisting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and taking and delivering messages.
2) Schedule appointments and meetings for CS professional staff and graduate assistants.
3) Follow CS procedures in order to maintain confidentiality.
4) Help CS Staff with organizing and executing CS Events and prevention initiatives. As your schedule allows, attendance at those events is required.
5) Assist in the operation of the Campus Food Pantry. Duties include, but are not limited to, sorting and shelving donations, creating food boxes, helping with fundraisers and/or donation drives.
6) Assist CS director and professional staff with administrative tasks as assigned.
7) Keep CS office space organized and clean.
8) Assist with other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
