Maintenance Technician


RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Troubleshoots and repairs machinery & equipment
  • Ability to read and troubleshoot using electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Install and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers, wiring and electrical/electronic components
  • Dismantle defective equipment and install new or repaired parts
  • Set-up and operate machine tools such as lathe, mill, grinder, and drill to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs fixtures, and tools
  • Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts
  • Fabricate and repair table, benches, racks, and other metal structures
  • Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machine parts
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machines & equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years Robotic experience such as Motoman and/or Fanuc
  • Electrical machine wiring preferred
  • Blueprint & electrical reading experience required
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics experience required
  • Automotive manufacturing experience required
  • Journey worker license preferred

·          PAY AND SHIFT TIMES:

  • Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
  • Overtime including weekends may be required and are mandatory
  • $0.75 shift premium
  • Pay is based on experience

This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Maintenance team and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Manager.
