Vaco is Hiring: Electrical Engineers (On-Site | Mason, OH | Direct Hire)

Weโ€™re partnering with a fast-growing engineering firm on a mission to deliver carbon-free, zero-pollution energy solutions by raising the standard in highly regulated industries. Backed by major growth investment, theyโ€™re expanding rapidly and adding new engineers each month through the end of the year.

 What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Work across hardware design, PCB (CAD), analog circuits, and electronics testing

  • Reverse-engineer and refurbish legacy/obsolete components

  • Certify and test parts for use in regulated systems

  • Be part of a small, startup-style team where youโ€™ll wear multiple hats and grow quickly

 What Theyโ€™re Looking For:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited program)

  • 2โ€“5 years of hands-on experience (open to early-career engineers who want to grow)

  • Mindset of professional growth, curiosity, and out-of-the-box thinking

  • Must have experience in at least one of: hardware design, PCB, electronics testing, or analog circuits
