Job description

ROLES &
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Examples of tasks expected to be completed by temporary employees include, but
are not limited to:
• Highly responsible and difficult clerical assignments (e.g., memos, letters, data
entry of court case information, vital statistic documents and spreadsheets, etc.);
and
• Assist customers by processing requests by mail, phone, and in person; and
• Entry of court case information into the court's case system, Odyssey; and
• Other tasks as assigned
MINIMUM
REQUIREMENT:
Education: HS Diploma/ GED
Familiar with legal terminology and processes.
Candidates must possess, at a minimum:
A. Customer service experience;
B. Skills in multitasking, file maintenance, and overall attention to detail;
C. Knowledge of the legal arena and the ability to perform at a high level with
minimum supervision, with accuracy and in conformance with the required office and
legal practices;
D. The ability to meet required deadlines;
