Job description

Immediately hiring for a Staffing Onsite Coordinator for a busy client site located in the city of Fontana, CA. Responsible for managing and supporting temporary staffing associates and fulfilling all staffing requests. This position requires regular onsite presence to ensure seamless client coordination, compliance, and efficient recruiting processes within a dynamic and collaborative environment.


Schedule and hours: 5am-1:30pm with flexibility to work overtime a must.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staffing efforts and communicate effectively with clients to understand staffing needs
  • Provide onsite support to a team of 50+ temporary associates
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate staffing records and reports
  • Monitor compliance with company and client policies
  • Collaborate with client team members to resolve staffing issues promptly
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding temporary staff

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in staffing coordination
  • MUST be bilingual in Spanish
  • Must have previous experience in high-volume recruiting
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); preferably TempWorks Beyond
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets
