Start Date: ASAP

Type: Temporary Project

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required
  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Tallahasee, FL (required);
  • Experience in developing solutions requiring analysis and research;
  • Software development experience (7+ years);
  • Experience with Three Layered Service Pattern;
  • Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, FoxPro;
  • Experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET Standard, MVC, Entity Model (EDMX);
  • Experience with XML โ€“ Web Services:
  • Experience with Visual Studio;

Responsibilities
  • Work under the direction of the Agency's designated project manager or the Lead Applications Development Supervisor and participate in and lead activities as directed.
  • Comply with Division of IT processes and standards, producing work products and documentation in the Agency ISDM template format in compliance with the Florida Department of Management Services' Florida Digital Service, Chapter 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code.
  • Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, support, and enhance software applications in conformance with the Client's methodologies, standards, and practices.
  • Participate in component and data architecture design, and performance monitoring.
  • Review and confirm understanding of the interface layouts for the Client's business needs, and complete interface design, build, and unit test activities.
  • Provide software development programming estimates as directed.
  • Develop and execute software test plans as directed.
