The Software Engineer provides expert guidance in designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions. This role partners with stakeholders to assess requirements, develop technical strategies, optimize system performance, and ensure high-quality code standards. The consultant mentors development teams, leads complex projects, and introduces best practices aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advise onarchitectural design, development frameworks, and coding standards for software systems.
Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define functional and technical specifications.
Assess current systems,identifyareas for improvement, and propose scalable, cost-effective solutions.
Mentor and guide development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements within software solutions.
Develop documentation and deliver technical presentations for stakeholders and project sponsors.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a senior or consulting role.

  • Required technical skills include C#.NET, SQL Server, T-SQL, Jquery, SSIS, Bootstrap, CSS, HTIML, JavaScript

Proventrack recordof leading complex software projects and delivering scalable solutions.
Experience providing technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS

Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are preferred.
No mandatory certification isrequired.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

Advancedexpertisein software design principles, object-oriented programming, and system architecture.
Proficiencyin programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
