Job Description:

We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks that ensure software applications meet business requirements, quality standards, and performance expectations. This role combines traditional software quality assurance with modern AI-driven testing strategies, including validating AI models, leveraging AI-assisted testing tools, and improving software quality through intelligent automation. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable test automation frameworks and working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and regression test suites.
  • Create, execute, and manage automated tests across unit, functional, integration, user acceptance, and production validation testing.
  • Develop and maintain testing standards, procedures, test plans, test scripts, and test cases.
  • Utilize AI-driven testing tools to improve test coverage, defect detection, and regression reliability.
  • Manage and maintain test case repositories to ensure testing assets remain current.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Jenkins.
  • Plan, configure, and maintain test environments.
  • Analyze automated test results and recommend improvements to testing frameworks, databases, and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot test failures and partner with development teams to resolve defects through root cause analysis.
  • Develop user-friendly reporting for QA, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business stakeholders, and IT leadership.
  • Partner with QA engineers, architects, and developers to establish quality assurance standards and best practices.
  • Perform system verification and validation testing using a variety of testing tools and methodologies.
  • Support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) testing processes.
  • Ensure applications and software releases meet organizational quality standards.

Required Skills:

  • Experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Jenkins.
  • Experience creating automated tests for web services using SoapUI.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth2, JWT authentication, and API contract testing.
  • Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • Experience with cloud and container technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Selenium Grid.
  • Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or K6.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development, continuous integration, and automated testing methodologies.
  • Experience testing web services, batch processes, flat file integrations, and automated regression testing.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted testing tools and validating AI-enabled applications.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within Agile, cross-functional teams.
