P&G Fabric Care is building a world-class in-house studio for some of the most recognizable brands in the world: Tide, Gain, Downy, Bounce, and more. The studio is designed to help our brands show up with stronger, faster, more platform-native creative across digital commerce, paid media, social content, and performance marketing. We are building a creative engine that can move at the speed of culture and turn brand strategy into scroll-stopping content, short-form video, paid social ads, and platform-native storytelling that connects with consumers in real time. About the Role

The Social Media Designer is a creative, social-first designer who specializes in short-form video, paid social advertising, motion graphics, and platform-native storytelling. You will help create high-performing content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta, Amazon, and other digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of design, content creation, performance marketing, communication, and culture. You will be responsible for developing social media graphics, short-form videos, paid ad creatives, motion assets, thumbnails, and modular creative variations that can be tested, optimized, and scaled. You should be comfortable moving quickly, responding to trends, adapting creative across placements, and using performance data to improve the work over time. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves making content.

What You’ll Do

• Create social-first graphics, motion assets, thumbnails, and short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta, Pinterest, and Amazon.

• Develop platform-native content that aligns with brand voice, campaign strategy, social trends, and audience behavior.

• Edit fast-paced videos using captions, transitions, sound design, effects, motion graphics, and rapid-cut storytelling.

• Design paid social ads across static, carousel, motion, and video formats for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and other digital platforms.

• Build creative variations for A/B testing, rapid iteration, and performance optimization.

• Use performance metrics to improve creative effectiveness.

• Monitor TikTok, Reels, Shorts, creator styles, audio trends, and emerging social behaviors to inform fresh content ideas.

• Support content calendars, product launches, seasonal campaigns, influencer partnerships, and creator collaborations.

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists, media teams, and brand partners to execute high-performing campaigns.

• Help build repeatable social and paid creative systems that allow brands to test, learn, optimize, and scale faster.

  • BA/BS in Graphic Design or a similar field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Digital Graphic Designer, with expertise in online e-commerce platforms and social platform requirements
  • A strong social-forward portfolio demonstrating mastery in digital graphic design and social posts. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving, and technical mastery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to problem solve and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
  • Adaptability and comfort in a dynamic environment, with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Figma, and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
