Job description

Summary

Technician manually diagnoses issues with electronic devices. Position accurately diagnoses and troubleshoots device issues and makes necessary repairs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned.

Daily Responsibilities % of Job 90%

  • Inspect electronic device and determine if probably accident or malfunction.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze the validity of claim for repair or replacement.
  • Estimate monetary value of damages for repair.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • QC and test electronic device after repairs.
  • Familiar the triage process on all models.
  • Able to help Engineer lead to audit other techs performance.
  • Able to train new hire tech.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Efficiencies % of Job 5%

  • Builds and maintains a work environment that s positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels.
  • Keeps warehouse organized and clean at all times.

Working Conditions

Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
