Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.
As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver high-quality, one-on-one therapy that helps children build essential communication and functional skills.
This role is ideal for a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) who is passionate about pediatric care and making a meaningful impact through hands-on therapy support.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver speech therapy interventions under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech Language Pathologist
  • Support children with speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing needs
  • Assist in improving functional communication and independence
  • Educate and guide families on therapy carryover techniques
  • Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Coordinate care with clinical team members
  • Document all therapy services in EMR
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications
Required:
  • Active Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (Texas) (unable to assist with 25 clinical hours)
  • Current CPR certification

Preferred:
  • At least 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience
  • Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
