Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA), and Clinical Fellows to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.

What You'll Do
  • Provide evidence-based speech therapy in the home and community
  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans (Speech Language Pathologist / SLP)
  • Implement treatment plans under supervision (Speech Language Pathologist Assistant / SLPA and Clinical Fellow)
  • Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional development
  • Educate and empower families and caregivers
  • Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
  • Develop home programs to ensure continued progress
  • Document all care and services in EMR
  • Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications
Required:
  • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license, or eligibility for Clinical Fellow program
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing (for Speech Language Pathologist / Clinical Fellow)
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (Speech Language Pathologist / Clinical Fellow)
  • Current CPR certification

Preferred:
  • 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience
  • Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
