SwiftTalent Partners is hiring a dependable, energetic Sign Spinner / Human Directional for an apartment community in Austin, TX. This role helps attract attention to the property, promote leasing specials, and direct prospective residents to the leasing office.


Responsibilities

  • Hold, wave, or spin promotional signage near the apartment community.
  • Create visibility for the property and current leasing specials.
  • Smile, wave, and maintain a positive, professional appearance.
  • Follow property instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Keep signage visible and in good condition.
