Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Winter/Spring (January to June) Co-op to support the Demand Management team in a fast-paced semiconductor supply chain environment. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is eager to learn, takes ownership of work, and thrives in solving complex business challenges. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in demand planning, supply chain operations, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

This position is designed for someone who wants to learn and contribute, not simply observe. The co-op will be expected to independently drive assigned tasks, proactively identify issues, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Support demand and supply planning activities through data analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain and analyze backlog, customer demand, forecast, and supply data.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly planning reviews, business updates, and executive presentations.
  • Investigate demand/supply gaps and summarize findings with actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and improve Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools to enhance team efficiency.
  • Track critical supply chain constraints and support risk mitigation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and follow through on action items.
  • Document business processes, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects from initiation through completion.
Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Curious, resourceful, and comfortable asking questions when needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Traits

We are specifically looking for someone who:

  • Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Takes responsibility for outcomes and follows through on commitments.
  • Is proactive, coachable, and eager to learn.
  • Demonstrates initiative in identifying and solving problems.
  • Is interested in building a career in supply chain, planning, or operations.
