• National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
• National Central access Information Security System (NCAISS)
• National Industrial Security System (NISS)
• Defense Information Security System for Security (DISS)
• Electronic Questionnaires of Investigation Processing (e-Quip)
• NBIS
Experience processing public trust clearances Core Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will provide support to the site Facility Security officer to successfully administer classified operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Process Security Clearances for internal employees
• Delivery of security briefings, awareness education and training
• Development, implementation and oversight of security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
• Conduct studies and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
• Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
• Prepare manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials.
• Assist the FSO /Insider Threat Program Senior Official with the execution the insider-threat program
• Investigates security violations, incident and prepares reports with administrative inquiries
• Actively participates in Government security audits and executes annual self-inspections
• Provides prime/subcontractor security support and direction including the development and maintenance of DD form 254\'s and security guidance.
