As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people at the front desk in our main office.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and customers
• Manage access control
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Handling basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person or via email 
• Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and deliveries
• Prepare orientation materials and ensure new employees complete required paperwork.
• Prepared hiring event materials, applications, and new hire packets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
• Multitasking ability

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• STRONG Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Must have at least 1 year of front desk receptionist experience or a similar administrative or customer service role.
• Must have a valid driver's license 
• Must maintain a business professional appearance 
• Must be able to work well with others 
• Must be able to multitask
