Required Skills:
  • 10+ Years as a Salesforce Developer
  • 5+ Years as a Lead Salesforce Developer
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly called Community Cloud)

Certifications:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design & Strategy
  • Solutioning: Lead the end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites, selecting between LWR and Aura templates based on performance and SEO needs.

2. Technical Development (Hands-on Leadership)
  • Advanced LWC: Build modular, high-performance Lightning Web Components specifically optimized for the LWR framework.

3. Data & AI Integration
  • Data Cloud Integration: Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to surface unified customer profiles within the community for a 360-degree experience.
  • API Management: Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud) via REST/SOAP and Named Credentials.
4. Leadership & Mentorship
  • Code Review: Enforce strict coding standards to ensure governor limit compliance and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and translate business requirements into technical user stories.
