Location: Granbury, TX

Pay Rate: Starting at $44.00/hour

Schedule: Day Shift | 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Dean's Professional Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-performing healthcare facility in Granbury, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, critical care environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
  • Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and cardiac activity, and respond to changes promptly
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Operate and monitor critical care equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Support patients and families with education and compassionate communication
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required (Texas or compact state)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA or ARC)
  • Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
  • Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to perform effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
