Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in an Adult/Pediatric Emergency Room setting, including Ambulance Triage, ED Holding, and Lobby Triage
  • Float between multiple campuses as required by the facility
  • Accurately document patient care and clinical information using EPIC electronic health records
  • Participate in a two-day orientation program consisting of one virtual module day and one in-unit orientation shift
  • Adhere to scheduling requirements, including availability across designated scheduling windows
Required Qualifications
  • Active Washington State RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience
  • Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications
  • Proficiency with EPIC charting
  • 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years; at least one reference must be a supervisor or charge RN
  • COVID-19 vaccination required; medical or religious exemptions considered on a facility-approved basis
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
  • Experience floating across multiple hospital campuses or in a float pool environment
