Ocala, Florida | Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Opportunities
A leading healthcare system in Central Florida is seeking CRNAs to join a collaborative anesthesia team supporting two hospitals with a combined 585-bed capacity. Enjoy a diverse case mix, flexible scheduling, strong compensation, and an excellent work-life balance.
Position Highlights
  • Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities

  • 8, 10, 12, 16-hour OR shifts and 24-hour trauma shifts available
  • No traditional call requirements
  • One weekend shift per month
  • Limited evening coverage (3 PM to 11 PM approximately 4-5 times per year)

Practice Details
Join an Anesthesia Care Team consisting of 20 Anesthesiologists and 32 Advanced Practice Providers.
Case Mix Includes:

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on experience (220K-240K+)
  • Sign-on bonus up to 45,000
  • Temporary enhanced sign-on package available up to 150,000

  • PRN rate: 150/hour
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x after 80 hours biweekly

Requirements
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Board Certified through NBCRNA
