Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care in the CVOR, assisting surgeons during procedures.
  • Ensure patient safety and adhere to universal protocols during surgical interventions.
  • Manage and maintain a sterile field by following infection control practices.
  • Administer and manage blood products and medications as per protocol.
  • Prepare and handle surgical specimens and coordinate with laboratory staff as required.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
  • Valid RN License in Alaska; compact license also accepted.
  • Minimum one year of experience in CVOR or similar setting.
  • Proficiency in EPIC charting system.
  • Ability to take on-call shifts and work weekends as required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
