Registered Nurse (RN) โ€“ Medina Meadows Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation

Location: Medina, OH
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Shift: Days / Nights / Weekends Available

Medina Meadows is a premier, boutique-style skilled nursing and rehabilitation center known for its high-quality care, strong leadership, and team-focused culture. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) who are looking to grow in a supportive, low-agency environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely

  • Monitor resident conditions and report any significant changes to the care team

  • Complete documentation in compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines

  • Supervise and support LPNs and STNAs/CNAs on assigned units

  • Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration

  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards

  • Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and clinical concerns

RNs in skilled nursing settings are responsible for assessing residents, developing care plans, administering treatments, and evaluating outcomes using the nursing process.

Qualifications
  • Active RN license in the state of Ohio
