Job Description

Job Summary: This will be a full-time, direct placement position. Registered Nurses (RNs) are critical members of the healthcare team, providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients in various clinical settings. As an RN, you will be responsible for assessing patients' health conditions, developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and educating patients and their families on managing health conditions. Whether working in hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities, RNs play a crucial role in coordinating patient care, ensuring safety, and improving health outcomes. RNs with specialization in intensive care units (ICUs), emergency rooms, and long-term care are highly valued for their ability to manage complex and critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Must hold an active and unencumbered RN license in the state of Indiana.
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
  • Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and other specialty certifications are preferred depending on the area of practice.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred; specialized experience in ICU, ER, or long-term care is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Proficient in medication administration and use of medical technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
