Registered Nurse - Premium IV and Wellness Spa About the Role

Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is looking for a confident Registered Nurse (RN) who wants to do more than complete routine tasks. In this client-focused role in a fun, spa-like setting, you’ll deliver IV vitamin therapy and wellness support while educating clients and helping them feel their best.

You’ll be part of a supportive, growth-minded team in Prime IV Marlborough, with success defined by safe, confident clinical care, strong client relationships, and performance-driven outcomes that help clients stay on track with their wellness goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Start, manage, and monitor IVs confidently and safely according to established protocols.
  • Administer IV vitamin therapy and IM injections with attention to comfort and safety.
  • Assess clients during treatment and monitor for safety, tolerance, and overall well-being.
  • Educate clients on IV therapies, wellness options, and what to expect before and after sessions.
  • Recommend memberships, packages, and add-ons when appropriate to support client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and required compliance steps.
  • Ensure a clean, calm, professional environment that reflects a spa-like client experience.
  • Support a positive, client-centered culture by communicating clearly and respectfully.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and consistent service quality.
  • Uphold clinical standards and follow protocol to promote safe, repeatable care.
Requirements
  • Active Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
  • Strong IV skills and comfort managing IV therapy in an outpatient setting.
  • Ability to commit to 2 Saturdays per month (firm expectation).
  • Professional, friendly, and outgoing communication style; comfort building relationships with clients.
  • Comfort educating clients and recommending services in a supportive, non-pressuring way.
  • Interest in wellness, energy optimization, and preventative care.
  • Some sales, retail, spa, or hospitality experience preferred (or demonstrated client-facing experience).
  • Reliable attendance and strong time management to support spa hours and scheduled shifts.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a calm, service-first approach.
  • Basic familiarity with documentation processes required for treatment records (software/tools may be provided on-site).
