Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and ensure optimal safety and outcomes

Maintain thorough clinical documentation in IntakeQ in compliance with Maryland regulations

Handle all walk-in clinical questions

Capture content (with patient consent) for social media and marketing

Continuous Learning & Certifications (10% of Role)

Complete Botox/filler certification if not already certified (NPOC sponsors training)

Stay current on GLP-1 medications, peptide protocols, and IV therapy formulations

Obtain additional certifications as NPOC expands services (e.g., PRF, microneedling)
