Millwood's caring, and multidisciplinary staff has successfully provided inpatient and outpatient mental health and chemical dependency care to children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults since 1971. Millwood Hospital is located in Arlington, TX in the heart of the city. It is 5 minutes away from AT&T Stadium home of the Dallas Cowboys. The hospital is less than 35 minutes from DFW International Airport. Millwood Hospital is a Joint Commission accredited hospital with a solid reputation in the community and is part of one of the nation's largest and most respected providers of hospital and healthcare services, Universal Health Services, Inc.

RN House Supervisor (12 Hour Night Shift)
The House Supervisor assumes responsibility for complete facility operations during the assigned shift. This includes supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring that patient care is provided in an accurate and timely manner. This position has responsibility for the supervision of care of patients ranging in age from preschool through geriatrics. This position is also responsible, along with Nurse Managers, for the monthly collection of data related to Core Measures and responsible for submitting this information in a timely manner to the Director of PI/Compliance.
Must be available to attend the Full Hospital and Departmental orientations: Week 1: Monday -Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM; Week 2: Monday - Thursday; 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited program in professional nursing is preferred; or equivalent combination of related education and experience is required.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in an acute hospital setting; preferably in a psychiatric facility. Supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Texas State Board of Nursing.
Additional Requiremen ts : CPR certification and training in appropriate use of seclusion and restraints (CPI) prior to on the unit orientation; must pass a medication administration exam.
