Job Summary

The Contract Lifecycle Manager supporting Strategic Account Operations within the Aesthetics Business Unit plays a critical role in enabling revenue growth, operational scalability, and contractual compliance across our Corporate Accounts and OffASPIRE contract portfolio. Corporate Accounts represent approximately 20% of total injectable business, making this role foundational to sustaining and accelerating enterpriselevel growth.

This role serves as the operational backbone for complex customer contracting, pricing programs, and locationbased account structures, while acting as a central liaison between Corporate Account Management (CAM), Legal, Finance, Operations, and external vendors. Beyond daytoday contract execution, the Contract Lifecycle Manager is instrumental in designing and launching futureready pricing programs that support longterm corporate account expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Lifecycle & Compliance Management (50%)

  • Manages the full endtoend customer contract lifecycle, from proposal development and pricing validation through execution, amendment, and renewal. (Maritz, Beghou, McKesson)

  • Analyzes contract pricing to ensure alignment with approved programs while maintaining strict financial, legal, and compliance standards.

  • Partners closely with Legal to validate, onboard, and recognize new customer legal entities and evolving corporate structures.

Corporate Account & Location Enablement (40%)

  • Supports CAM teams with the addition and removal of customer locations within existing contracts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and contractual compliance.

  • Maintains and governs Corporate Account Contract Master Lists, ensuring data integrity across reporting, pricing reconciliation, and operational execution.

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for CAMs and ISRs for contractrelated inquiries, including usage and troubleshooting of the Mainsail contract management tool.

Promotional & Pricing Program Support (10%)

  • Assists in drafting and executing contract amendments related to promotional activity and special pricing initiatives.

  • Plays a pivotal role in the launch of the organization'sPricing Program, including:

    • Project management and timeline ownership

    • Requirements gathering and definition

    • Crossfunctional stakeholder alignment

    • Vendor coordination and implementation support

    • Readiness planning and program rollout

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required.

  • 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance, contract analysis, contract management, contract negotiation support and/or lifecycle management.

  • Experience reviewing, drafting, and analyzing complex contracts independently.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA, is required.

  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risk.

  • Prior experience supporting fast-growing, revenue-driven commercial environments (sales-heavy, distributor-based, or practice-facing models).

  • Exposure to healthcare, medical aesthetics, life sciences, or regulated consumer products highly preferred

  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
