Job description

Senior Manager, Account-Based Experience (ABX)
Sanity is looking for a strategic, data-driven Sr Manager of ABX to design and lead our account-based experience programs for enterprise. You'll orchestrate personalized, cross-channel programs that generate and accelerate pipeline across enterprise target accounts - from first touch to closed-won - while building a tight feedback loop between marketing and sales.
At Sanity.io, we're building the future of AI-powered Content Operations. Our AI Content Operating System gives teams the freedom to model, create, and automate content the way their business works, accelerating digital development and supercharging content operations efficiency. Companies like SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games, Anthropic, COMPLEX, Nordstrom, and Morningbrew use Sanity to power and automate their content operations.
What you would do:
  • Execute and scale enterprise ABX programs: Partner with marketing and sales leadership to execute and scale Sanity's enterprise ABX programs, translating GTM priorities into personalized account experiences that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue.
  • Drive coordinated account engagement: Run weekly account pod meetings with AEs and SDRs to align on priority accounts, engagement insights, campaign activity, and next-best actions, ensuring a coordinated and personalized experience across the buying journey.
  • Develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns: Build, launch, and optimize 1:few and 1:many ABX programs across events, digital, direct mail, email, paid channels, and gifting, continuously testing and refining performance.
  • Build scalable personalization programs: Develop account segmentation, vertical-specific campaigns, personalized landing pages, and buying committee engagement strategies that deliver relevant experiences at scale and improve account conversion rates.
  • Measure and optimize performance: Track ABX effectiveness across account engagement, pipeline influence, opportunity progression, and revenue impact. Use data and insights to continuously improve targeting, personalization, and program performance.
About you:
  • Location: US-based
  • Experience building and executing ABX programs: 6+ years in B2B marketing, including at least 3 years building and executing ABM or ABX programs targeting enterprise accounts at a developer tools, SaaS, or technical platform company.
  • Proven pipeline impact: Demonstrated success generating pipeline and influencing revenue through account-based programs. You can point to specific metrics that improved because of work you led.
  • Enterprise account engagement expertise: Experience supporting complex buying groups, navigating long sales cycles, and partnering closely with sales teams to drive coordinated account engagement and opportunity progression.
  • ABX technology fluency: Strong understanding of account-based marketing platforms and supporting technologies, including Demandbase, Salesforce, intent data providers, and related martech tools.
  • Personalization and segmentation experience: Experience building audience segmentation frameworks, vertical-specific campaigns, personalized content experiences, and account-based engagement programs that scale across enterprise accounts.
  • Data-driven mindset: Comfortable building measurement frameworks, analyzing performance data, and using insights to optimize programs and improve results.
  • Strong execution and project management skills: Highly organized and able to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for execution.

What sets you apart:
  • Experience marketing developer tools, content platforms, or technical infrastructure to enterprise engineering and digital teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content workflows and how to position them to enterprise buyers.
  • Experience executing and optimizing ABX programs in a high-growth B2B environment, with a track record of improving engagement, pipeline, and conversion rates.
  • Hands-on experience developing intent-based segmentation, account prioritization models, and trigger-based engagement plays.
  • Experience creating personalized account experiences at scale, including vertical-specific campaigns, custom landing pages, and targeted content journeys.
  • Experience supporting executive engagement programs, including roundtables, executive dinners, and strategic events.
