If you're great on the phone and want to spend the next few months with a company that actually treats people right, keep reading. Tim Kyle Electric, Heating & Cooling is hiring a temporary Customer Service Representative to cover a maternity leave from mid-July through early November.

Family-owned. No corporate call-center grind. No drama. Just steady work, a set schedule, and a team that backs each other up. You'll train in our office, then work from home for the rest of the run.

What You'll Get

  • Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (no weekends, no rotating shifts)
  • Paid training from day one

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answering incoming calls and making homeowners feel taken care of
  • Booking service appointments in our scheduling software
  • Following up with online leads so none of them slip through
  • Staying in touch with field techs throughout your shift
  • Helping coordinate dispatch and appointment timing
  • Answering questions about our electrical, HVAC, and generator services

Who We're Looking For

You're great with people. You stay organized when the phones get busy. You treat customers and coworkers with respect. You'd rather get it right than rush it.

Beyond that:

  • Comfortable and professional on the phone
  • Able to juggle calls, scheduling, and follow-ups without dropping the ball
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to pick up new scheduling software quickly
  • A quiet, reliable home setup for the remote portion
  • Past customer service, call center, dispatch, or scheduling experience is a plus, not a must
