Job description

Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Pay: $19.50/hr
Shift: 3rd Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
Job Type: Temp-to-hire 

A global paper and packaging company is hiring Forklift Material Handlers for their 3rd-shift warehouse team. This is a good fit if you have material handling experience and are certified to operate equipment such as a forklift, reach truck, and electric pallet jack.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, with the goal of bringing the right person on as a full-time employee.

Forklift Material Handler duties include:
  • Unload raw materials and check shipments for accuracy 
  • Move materials to stock locations and update locations in the system 
  • Pull materials needed for production jobs 
  • Move work-in-process materials to production areas 
  • Help with inventory counts and recycled material loads 
Forklift Material Handler Requirements:
  • Certified to operate equipment such as a forklift, reach truck, and electric pallet jack 
  • Experience with RFID scanners, or ability to learn 
  • Ability to read and write work instructions, safety rules, and basic procedures 
  • Ability to pass color vision and color hue tests 
  • Ability to maintain good attendance
