JOB SUMMARY The Private Banking Operations Cash Control team provides operational processing support for check clearing for various business units. This role involves liaising with third-party banks for Reverse Positive Pay, ensuring proper clearance and reconciliation of outstanding checks, assisting in the clearance of breaks or exceptions, and maintaining regulatory requirements relevant to retail bank checks within the Global Wealth Management Operations division. Key Responsibilities • Review, accept, reject, and modify check records for proper clearing. • Support inquiries and requests related to check disbursements. • Execute daily processes against standard operating procedures and regulatory/risk requirements. • Assist with project testing for new products/changes through effective cross-team collaboration with business partners, technology, and requisite stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with check processing procedures and controls. • Investigate and resolve open breaks relating to check clearing activities and external bank accounts. • Maintain and ensure sufficient oversight of retail bank check records to ensure accurate transaction history. • Pursue continuous process improvement while implementing and leveraging AI tools to drive results.
