Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to support the Navy's AN/SPY-1 Organic Sustainment Capability Prototype OTA. This role involves engaging in conceptual and detailed design, structural and thermal analysis, and providing integration support for radar subsystem prototyping. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams of subsystem subject matter experts, test engineers, and program managers to ensure mechanical solutions meet Navy requirements and support the long-term sustainment of the AN/SPY-1 radar fleet through 2065.

Work Environment
This position is based onsite at our facility, with a preference for 100% onsite work but flexibility for 3 days onsite and 2 flex days. The role follows a 9/80 schedule, working in an office setting and lab environment as needed. Employees will be engaged in mission-critical technology that protects National Security, with opportunities for involvement in all phases from design to sustainment. This is a long-term, stable position with high growth potential, as we continue to scale in response to demand.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
