Posting Summary
Rutgers School of Public Health (SPH) is seeking a Temporary Research Assistant (Sexual/Reproductive Health) for the Department of Urban-Global Public Health within the School of Public Health, located in Newark, NJ. Under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (Dr. Laura Lindberg), the Temporary Research Assistant will provide research assistance for projects related to sexual and reproductive health in the United States and New Jersey.
Duties include:
  • Conduct research activities including:
    • Identifying and synthesizing key literature related to sexual and reproductive health
    • Contributing to data collection, analysis and interpretation
    • Drafting and editing reports, manuscripts and presentation materials
  • 2. Assist in preparing manuscripts and presentation materials:
    • Formatting to meet journal specifications, including text, tables and figures
    • Checking and formatting references in Zotero
    • Create tables and figures for manuscripts and presentations using Excel
    • Assist with preparing presentations using Powerpoint or Canva
