  • Monitor website performance, traffic patterns, engagement trends, and user behavior.

  • Stay current on SEO, AEO, GEO, and all AI‑driven content discovery trends.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve content discoverability, user experience, and audience engagement.
Marketing Technology, Email & Survey Tools
  • Support the use and management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and similar engagement platforms.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on email campaign execution, audience segmentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Support governance for email campaign management, including list hygiene, send practices, and performance measurement.
  • Manage or support digital survey tools used for member feedback, event feedback, research, and internal data collection.
  • Help consolidate and govern digital marketing and survey tools to reduce duplication and improve data quality.

  • Manage project timelines, risks, priorities, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support governance documentation, lifecycle management, privacy compliance, and platform standards for WEF's digital properties.
  • Maintain awareness of web hosting, CDN, DNS, SSL, cookie consent, and related infrastructure needs.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of work.
