Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist: Work Remotely with a Leading Local Allstate Agency

About the Role: Do you have experience in Property and Casualty Insurance? Interested in working from the comfort of your own home? This position might be the right opportunity for you!
We're searching for energetic and dedicated individuals with a positive mindset to become part of some of the top-performing Local Allstate Agencies across the nation.
Experience and Credentials:
  • Required: Active Property and Casualty License.
  • Preferred:Experience in insurance agency sales.
  • 1+ years in the insurance industry.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Positive Outlook & Disposition.
  • Coachable and Eager to Learn.
  • Willingness to Learn New Programs and Processes.
  • Reliable.
  • Experience in insurance sales.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high activity levels, handling phone calls, texts, and emails.
  • Manage the new business onboarding process.
  • Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments.
  • Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referrals, and various lead sources provided.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. A consistent 40-hour workweek.
