Job description

Position Title: Program Manager

Location: Fully Remote

Clearance Type: Public Trust

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a complex multidisciplinary team involving multiple facets of technical effort. 
  • At least 5 years of direct supervision of technical personnel involved in life cycle management support of application development.
  • Must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of developers who have been involved in analyzing, designing, developing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining systems.
  • Performs oversight and management of overall Contractor support operations.
  • Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all contract support activities.
  • Demonstrates written and oral communication skills. Establishes and alters (as necessary) management structure to direct contract support activities.
