Location: New York, NY

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise GIS Program Manager to provide strategic, technical, and programmatic leadership for enterprise Geographic Information System (GIS) initiatives.

The consultant will support the modernization, integration, governance, and expansion of enterprise geospatial capabilities across multiple business functions and infrastructure environments. This role will lead enterprise GIS strategy, architecture, data management, platform administration, systems integration, analytics, automation, and asset-management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading large-scale GIS programs, working with Esri enterprise technologies, managing spatial databases, integrating GIS with enterprise systems, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise GIS Strategy & Program Leadership
  • Develop and implement enterprise GIS strategies, roadmaps, and modernization initiatives.
  • Align GIS initiatives with organizational business and technology objectives.

  • Extensive experience with Esri Enterprise technologies and enterprise GIS architecture.
  • Experience designing and managing enterprise spatial databases.
  • Experience developing and implementing geospatial data governance programs.
  • Experience integrating GIS with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems such as Infor, Maximo, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience working with BIM, CAD, LiDAR, and enterprise systems integration.
  • Strong knowledge of GIS cloud architecture and enterprise integration technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
