Department: Colorado Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CCTSI)

Job Title: Temporary Coordinator for Education Core

This is a Temporary position limited to no more than 9-months. 

Job Summary:

Colorado Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CCTSI), University of Colorado | Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a full-time Temporary data entry position. This is a short-term, temporary position that is anticipated to start approximately September 1, 2026, and continue through January 31, 2027. Temporary employees work on an hourly basis based on project needs and are paid bi-weekly. This position requires 20-30 hours per week; a fully remote schedule but must live in Colorado. 

This position will serve as a Coordinator for Education Core:

         Collect and track information from students, scholars and faculty participating in CCTSI education programs or other T/K programs at AMC.

         Enter data into Excel databases and word tables

         Assist with communication and follow-up with faculty, trainees and program administrators on campus and affiliate institutions. Assist with data entry and preparation of tables for grant renewal application reports.

Work Location:

Remote - this role is eligible to work remotely, but the employee must be in the United States.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

High school graduate with one year experience with excel data entry and data collection.

Preferred Qualifications:

         Experience working with Excel, Microsoft Office suite

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

         Data Collection and Entry skills

         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
