• Function as an Independent Contractor, facilitating your own schedule within our supportive framework.
• Conduct thorough assessments of senior clients’ needs, identifying their challenges and developing personalized care strategies to enhance their well-being.
• Provide emotional support and mental health resources to clients, actively researching and referring them to any external support services as needed.
• Deliver one-on-one counseling or psychotherapy sessions, focusing on adults and senior clients, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
