This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing you to deliver care from the comfort of your own home. You will engage with clients through secure video conferencing and phone sessions, ensuring adherence to the highest telehealth standards and best practices. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you with consistent working hours and a healthy work-life balance.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify the mental health needs of adolescent and adult patients, formulating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide high-quality therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based practices to guide treatment and engage clients effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery, including consultations with other therapists, case managers, and medical practitioners.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, using electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective documentation.
• Monitor and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring interventions remain aligned with client goals.

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health services to a diverse clientele, including adolescents and adults facing a range of mental health issues. This role involves addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional and psychological challenges. You will foster a safe environment for each client, permitting open dialogue and exploration of their experiences.

• A valid California license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field is necessary for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients empathetically, facilitating a therapeutic alliance that encourages healing and growth.
• Excellent documentation and time management skills are crucial for maintaining patient records and managing client schedules effectively.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, we value candidates with greater expertise, particularly those who have worked in telehealth settings or with diverse populations. Experience in specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care will be advantageous.
