This position is open to someone in Eastern Wisconsin that would be open to reporting into the Pewaukee Wisconsin office a few days per week before being able to work fully from home, if desired.

This Opportunity:

  • Manage multiple projects for a variety of clients throughout eastern Wisconsin

  • Collaborate with variety of disciplines with SEH to solve challenges and provide solutions

  • Represent SEH with local governments, municipalities and other agencies at project and public meetings

  • Provide direct supervision of assigned staff, including work planning, coaching, and performance feedback

  • Partner with business development staff to present proposals to clients, interview for projects, and select project teams

  • Hybrid work environment with potential to be fully remote


Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and other computer software programs

  • Residing within 50 miles of Delafield WI

  • Ability to report into the Delafield office in the beginning with potential to be fully remote after a few months

  • Experience being lead project manager on municipal and/or roadway projects


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop new business opportunities and win project work

  • Working with multiple municipalities

  • The want and ability to coach and mentor junior level technical and engineering staff
