Remote Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire) Location: North Phoenix, AZ (Remote) Pay Rate: $17.00/hour Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire Schedule: Full-Time Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping people solve problems? A growing organization is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy assisting customers, and are looking for long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, account information, and general support needs
  • Document customer interactions accurately within company systems
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Perform data entry and update customer records as needed
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Meet productivity, attendance, and quality performance expectations
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service, call center, or customer support experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
