What You’ll Do:
- Respond to phone calls, chats, emails, and other support requests regarding digital products
- Manage and resolve customer cases using a call ticketing system, escalating complex issues to Tier 2 when needed
- Troubleshoot software, system, and product issues while ensuring excellent customer service
- Handle all customer inquiries professionally and follow up with timely, specific actions
- Maintain confidentiality, enter customer data accurately, and support retention efforts when appropriate
- Collaborate effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Participate in additional training and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
- 3 years of call center and customer service experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 2–3 years of computer experience with familiarity in Salesforce or similar ticketing systems and Avaya or similar phone systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting browser issues and using software like Outlook, MS Office, and web tools (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari)
